Good knowledgeable sale staff, thank you

We recently had to visit this local dealership a few times in order to get some work done that was covered by our extended warranty. In each instance, the experience was great! Through the course of our visits, we worked with a Service Advisor named Nate, and more recently, an Advisor named Jesse. Both were easy to work with and outstanding each in their own way. During these recent visits, warranty claims had to be filed, as well as parts ordered each time, but all went smoothly thanks to the work of these Advisors. We have not had a bad experience at a Chevy dealership service center in recent years, and these visits were no exception. We have been very pleased with the service at this dealership, from check-in to check-out.

Waited for 2 hours getting an oil change. First time ever waited that long. Wish adviser could communicate with service people to see if we need filters need change . Other then that service was OK. Payout , cashier need to put a smile on there face. They look at stress.
