Picked vehicle up and after looking at paperwork it showed air filter and cabin filter need replaced. No one mentioned it to us during service.

My vehicle still has issues with a msg of "service ESC". It also Jenks. Engine light flashes and when vehicle is turned off. And restart the next day, the engine light does not show ..until the vehicle jerks and engine light comes back on. 2x webb was not able to diagnose the issue. My Onstar message provides me a notice that it is the emission and transmission system that needs attention.

I took it in because I had a service engine light on. It was the coolant for the air charger for the diesel intake. I was not familiar with the system, so did not even know how to check it. They completed the oil change service and I was told I needed to make an appointment with a technician. I also needed a fuel filter changed as well, but that was not discussed and not offered. I had that done elsewhere later. I had to put coolant in myself after the service in the regular coolant system as it was not topped off. I made a I made an appointment to have a technician look at it, but it took over three weeks for that to occur while I was using a crippled truck. They topped off my other coolant fluid when I took it back and the problem was resolved. I wish this could’ve all been done with the very first time. I took it in for service. Just wanted you to have the feedback. Thank you. Seems to be working fine now.

The service department listens to you and checks what you are concerned about. They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and showed concern that I might need it in the evening while they were waiting on the warrantee company to respond.
