    Took in my Chevy Silverado 2500 HD for an oil change and was done super quick nate jones was the only one on duty and he handle everything and everyone like a one man army . Good job nate !

    I reported that my air-conditioning was not working as it had prior to the accident after I received my truck back the first and second time. Only to be told that I will now have to pay out of pocket for a diagnostic fee to determine if it was related to a repair that was done under insurance claims when it is obviously related considering that the condenser was changed out. That repair could have introduced air into the system which could easily then have damaged the compressor and that could also be the cause of the belt and pully noise. It had no issues prior to the repairs made but now the cooling does not work properly when you changed out 1 of the 4 main components in the system makes no sense. Because I have been out of work due to not being able to get my truck back and being provided a vehicle that I was specifically instructed that it was not to be used to transport any of my tools for work the additional costs and having to incure more loss of income to get this problem resolved is not what I expected from this company. What should have been covered by my insurance is costing me alot more than just a simple diagnostic fee. The loss of income the rental car the diagnostic fee are all adding up. Which I said the first time I got the truck back there was still something wrong but because insurance has paid the claim out I now have to prove that the problem is related to the initial damage and only then will i get reimbursed for only the diagnostic fee. All the other expenses I have to just be at a loss for!

    We recently had to visit this local dealership a few times in order to get some work done that was covered by our extended warranty. In each instance, the experience was great! Through the course of our visits, we worked with a Service Advisor named Nate, and more recently, an Advisor named Jesse. Both were easy to work with and outstanding each in their own way. During these recent visits, warranty claims had to be filed, as well as parts ordered each time, but all went smoothly thanks to the work of these Advisors. We have not had a bad experience at a Chevy dealership service center in recent years, and these visits were no exception. We have been very pleased with the service at this dealership, from check-in to check-out.
